1) Return eligibility & condition
  • Return window: within 30 days of delivery scan.
  • Condition: brand new, unworn, unwashed. Try on indoors only, on a clean surface.
  • All original packaging and accessories required: OG box, extra laces, hangtags, inserts, and our inspection/authentication tag intact.
  • Smell/finish: no odors, stains, creases, or outsole wear.
  • Apparel/accessories (if applicable): must be unworn with original tags and packaging.
2) How to start a return
  1. Go to our Return Portal: jordan-shoes.org/returns.
  2. Enter your order number and email.
  3. Select Return or Exchange and choose the items.
  4. Choose a reason, add photos if requested (damages/defects).
  5. Download your prepaid label (US orders) and pack your items securely.
  6. Drop off with the specified carrier. Keep the receipt with tracking.

If you can't access the portal, email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and box.

3) Size exchanges (US)
  • One free size exchange per item on US domestic orders, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange holds items for 7 days after label is issued. Ship your original pair within 5 days.
  • We ship your exchange once the original is scanned in transit by the carrier.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit per your choice.
4) Refunds & processing time
  • Inspection time: 1–2 business days after delivery to our facility.
  • Refund time: 3–5 business days to appear on your statement after approval (may vary by bank).
  • Refund method: original form of payment. Store credit available upon request.
  • We’ll notify you via email when your refund is issued.
5) Return shipping & fees
  • US returns: we provide a prepaid label. The label cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).
  • No restocking fees when items pass inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, the shipping box, and the product box/label.
  • We will prioritize replacement or exchange. If unavailable, you’ll receive a prepaid return and a full refund.
  • Do not wear the item if defective/incorrect; using the product may affect eligibility.
7) Final sale & exclusions
  • Final sale items, personalized items, or items noted “non-returnable” are not eligible.
  • Worn or damaged items, missing accessories, or removed authentication tags will be rejected and may be returned to you at your expense.
  • Box condition: minor cosmetic shipping wear is acceptable; significant damage, stickers, or missing lid may incur a deduction or rejection.
8) International returns
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
  • Customs duties and original shipping are non-refundable. Consult your local customs office regarding duty refunds.
  • Mark the package clearly as “Return of goods” to avoid additional import charges.
9) Packaging guidelines
  • Ship the shoe box inside a protective outer box. Do not ship using only the retail shoe box.
  • Remove or cover previous labels; include the RMA/Return ID inside the package.
  • Use adequate padding to prevent corner and lid damage.
10) Authentication & inspection

All returns undergo the same five-step check we use for outbound pairs: box/label match, materials & stitching, weight/shape, UV/blacklight, and finish/smell. If any step fails, the return may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

11) Price adjustments
  • One-time price adjustment available within 14 days if the identical item (style, color, size, condition) goes on sale on jordan-shoes.org.
  • Not valid on limited drops, bundles, or third-party promotions.
12) Extended holiday returns

Orders placed between Nov 15 and Dec 31 qualify for extended returns until Jan 31 of the following year, provided items remain new with tags and original packaging.

13) Gifts & bundles
  • Gift returns can be refunded as store credit to the recipient upon request.
  • Bundle/pack items must be returned together in full for a refund unless otherwise noted.

No. Items must be in brand-new condition with no outsole wear, creasing, odors, or stains.

How long do I have to send the return after creating a label?

Please ship within 5 days of label creation. Labels may auto-cancel after that window.

Do you refund shipping?

Original shipping is non-refundable unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item.

How will I know you received my return?

You’ll receive email updates at delivery, after inspection, and when your refund/exchange processes.
