Address changes & cancellations
We can edit or cancel orders only before fulfillment begins. Contact support immediately with your order number.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute to a new address. Carrier hold at location may be possible depending on service.
Undeliverable or refused shipments are returned to us; shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Do you require a signature?
Not by default for standard shipments. We can add signature confirmation on request before fulfillment starts.
Can I ship to APO/FPO or a PO Box?
Yes. We ship via USPS to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Expedited/overnight services are not available to these addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and more. Rates and duties are calculated at checkout where available.
My package shows delivered but I don’t have it—what now?
